MAPBIOMAS NETWORK

We are a Network of NGOs, Research Institutions and Tech Startup that started in Brazil, expanded the scope to other territories of South America and Indonesia towards a Global Network. We expanded the Global Network guided by the Coordination Team and the Network Committee and shared the same principles of MapBiomas.

As MapBiomas Network, we are currently made up of six initiatives that map land cover and use in Brazil, in the Pan Amazon, Chaco, Tri-national Atlantic Forest, Tri-national Pampa and also in Indonesia. This year all Southamerica countries have been covered involving local institutions.
