ACCURACY ASSESSMENT ANALYSIS OF MAPBIOMAS’ LAND COVER AND LAND USE MAPPING

Accuracy analysis is the main way of assessing the quality of the mapping carried out by MapBiomas. In addition to saying what the overall hit rate is, the accuracy analysis also reveals estimates of the hit and error rates for each mapped class.

The accuracy analysis of MapBiomas Pampa’s Collection 2 is under development and will soon be available.
